Using this website

These terms apply to growaggi.com and its GameFarm collection, operated by Plant Culture Systems Inc. By using these services, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, stop using the services.

You may use the available website and games for lawful personal and educational activities, subject to these terms and any applicable content licenses. Separate agreements or notices may apply to the AGGI platform at app.growaggi.com and to services linked from this website.

Accounts and supervised play

A GameFarm account is optional. Accounts are intended for adults and parent-managed play; children should use guest play with adult guidance. Adults are responsible for choosing games appropriate for the children they supervise, including considering combat themes and multiplayer interactions.

Use an email address you control, protect your password, and sign out on shared devices. Do not use someone else’s account or impersonate another person. Choose a nickname that does not disclose your real name, a child’s identity, or other personal information. You can manage sharing preferences or delete your account from Account.

Respectful use and fair play

Use the service lawfully and respect other players. Do not:

• Harass or threaten people, or submit unlawful or abusive names or messages.
• Share another person’s private information or impersonate them.
• Attempt unauthorized access to accounts, systems, or nonpublic information.
• Disrupt servers, distribute harmful code, evade access controls, or generate abusive automated traffic.
• Submit fabricated scores or manipulate public rankings.
• Generate artificial advertisement clicks or impressions.

We may remove abusive content or scores and restrict access when needed to address misuse or protect the service and its users. Report concerns to CEO@plantculturecorp.com.

Scores, sharing, and saved progress

Only save scores that you earned. On a shared device, check that the selected results are yours. Public sharing is optional and starts off. Enabling it publishes your nickname, short player tag, selected best scores, and their save dates. Other people may copy public results. You can turn sharing off in Account.

Leaderboards rely on reported game results and may combine different difficulty settings. They are for community play, not verified competitions, academic assessment, or a basis for prizes. Saving a cloud score does not back up full game progress or lesson history.

Browser saves depend on the device, browser, and website address where you play. They can be lost when browser data is cleared or when you change devices or site addresses. Deleting your account removes cloud information as described in the Privacy Policy; it does not clear local browser saves.

Learning and informational content

Educational games provide practice, exploration, and simplified models. They do not replace a complete curriculum, a teacher’s assessment, professional advice, or supervised real-world experiments. Adults should provide appropriate context and supervision.

Website information about agricultural technology describes the service and its intended uses. It does not guarantee a particular farming, financial, scientific, or operational result. Evaluate information in context before relying on it for real-world decisions.

Content and intellectual property

Website content, game code, artwork, writing, audio, trademarks, and branding remain subject to the rights of their respective owners and any accompanying licenses. Availability for browsing or play does not transfer ownership or grant permission to redistribute material beyond those licenses and applicable law. Preserve attribution and license notices where they apply.

External services and advertisements

Hosting, authentication, video, multiplayer, and advertising features can involve other service providers. External websites and services may have their own terms and privacy practices. Read those terms when using their services or making a transaction with them.

An advertisement or external link is not a guarantee or endorsement of its destination, product, or claims. Click an advertisement only when you are interested in its destination.

Availability and changes

Games, features, balance, and availability may change as the service develops. Maintenance, connectivity, device compatibility, storage limits, or third-party outages can interrupt use. We do not promise uninterrupted operation, error-free content, or permanent storage of game progress.

You may stop using the service at any time. These terms do not remove rights or remedies that applicable law does not allow to be excluded. We may update the terms and will display the revision date above.
