Learn what information GrowAGGI and GameFarm handle, what stays in your browser, what becomes public when you choose to share, and how to manage or remove your information.

Who we are and what this covers

Plant Culture Systems Inc. operates GrowAGGI and the GameFarm collection on this website. This policy covers browsing growaggi.com, playing its GameFarm games, using optional GameFarm accounts and leaderboards, and contacting us about these services.

The AGGI platform at app.growaggi.com is a separate service. This notice does not describe additional farm, business, or account information you may provide within that platform. Review the notices and agreements presented for the platform features you use.

Browsing and service information

Our hosting and service providers process connection information needed to deliver and protect the website. This may include IP addresses, requested pages, timestamps, browser and device information, and diagnostic events. We use Google Cloud and Firebase services for hosting, authentication, and the account features described below.

We use service information to operate the website, troubleshoot errors, prevent misuse, and maintain its security. When you contact us, we receive the contact details and information you choose to include and use them to handle your question or request. Please do not email passwords or unnecessary sensitive information.

Game saves and learning history

Games may save progress, language and sound preferences, high scores, selected learning level, and practice history in your browser. Practice history can include lesson questions, answers, results, explanations, and dates. Offline-capable games may also cache their own files on your device.

GameFarm does not automatically synchronize this game progress or lesson history to your account. Its optional cloud-score feature saves only the scores you select. Local saves are associated with the browser and site address where you played, so they may not follow you to another device, browser, or address.

You can remove local information with a game’s reset control or your browser’s site-data settings. The learning page also provides a control to clear practice history without clearing other game saves. Clearing browser data may remove saved progress and offline files.

Optional accounts and sign-in

You can browse and play without a GameFarm account. If you create one, Google Firebase Authentication handles email and password authentication, email verification, and password resets. GameFarm’s own profile and score database does not store your password.

We associate your account identifier with your chosen nickname, sharing preference, and selected cloud scores. Authentication uses browser storage. Choosing “Keep me signed in” allows the login to persist on that device until sign-out or expiry. Leave this option off on shared devices and sign out when you finish.

Scores and public leaderboards

When you choose to save supported scores, we keep your best score for the selected game and mode and the date it was saved. This feature does not upload full game progress or lesson history. You can review the available scores before choosing which ones to save.

Public sharing starts off and requires a verified email before you can enable it. If you opt in, visitors to the leaderboards can see your nickname, a short player tag, shared best scores, and their save dates. Your email is not displayed on the leaderboard. Use a nickname without your real name or other personal information.

Turning sharing off in Account removes your entries from our public boards. Other people may already have copied or retained information you made public.

Multiplayer and information you share

Multiplayer games process display names, game actions and messages, and connection information needed to operate matches. Other players may see information you submit during play. Use a nickname and avoid entering real names, email addresses, contact details, or information about a child. Information shared during a match is separate from the optional public leaderboard setting.

Cookies, advertising, and your choices

This website and some games include Google advertising integrations. When advertising is active, third-party vendors, including Google, may use cookies or similar identifiers to deliver and measure ads, prevent fraud, and support advertising services. Advertising cookies can allow Google and its partners to personalize ads using visits to this website and other websites. Advertising behavior and available controls may differ between games.

You can manage personalized advertising through Google Ads Settings and learn how Google uses information from sites and apps that use its services. Some other advertising companies offer choices through YourAdChoices. Opting out of personalized advertising does not necessarily remove ads or all advertising-related storage.

Where a consent or privacy-choice message is displayed, use its controls to review or change your choices. Your browser can also block cookies, restrict storage, or remove stored site data. These controls may affect sign-in, preferences, and saved progress. A game-specific privacy notice may explain additional behavior for that game.

Service providers and external content

Google Cloud and Firebase process information needed to host and operate the service, authenticate users, and store selected cloud scores. Advertising providers receive information involved in their integrations as described above. Playing an embedded YouTube video connects your browser with YouTube. See Google’s Privacy Policy and Firebase’s privacy information for more about those services.

External links lead to services with their own information practices. We may also need to disclose relevant information in response to a lawful request or to address misuse or threats to the service. This policy does not promise that every provider stores or processes information in your country.

Children and supervised play

The educational collection supports play with adult guidance. GameFarm accounts are intended for adults and parent-managed play. Children should play as guests with adult supervision and should not submit personal information through account forms, player names, or messages. A parent’s account nickname should not identify a child.

Some games include combat themes or multiplayer interactions. Adults should choose activities appropriate for the children they supervise. If you believe a child has submitted personal information that should be removed, contact CEO@plantculturecorp.com with the relevant account or content details.

Retention, deletion, and security

Browser saves remain until removed by you, the game, or your browser. Cloud profile and score information is associated with your account while it remains active. You can delete your account from Account after confirming your password. This removes the GameFarm login, cloud profile, cloud scores, and public leaderboard entries. It does not erase browser saves or copies made by other people.

Account deletion does not necessarily erase previously retained infrastructure logs or backups at the same time. Their retention depends on the hosting services’ settings and applicable operational or legal requirements. Contact us for questions about a particular record or request. No website or method of transmission can promise complete security; protect your password and shared-device access.

Privacy requests and contact

You can manage your nickname, sharing preferences, and account deletion in Account. Depending on the law that applies to you, you may have additional rights to request access, correction, deletion, a copy of personal information, or restrictions on certain uses. Send privacy questions or requests to Plant Culture Systems Inc. at CEO@plantculturecorp.com.

Describe your request and the relevant account or content. We may need information to verify that a request concerns your own data or that you are authorized to act for someone else. Do not send your password. We will update this policy when the practices described here change and show the revision date at the top of the page.
